Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and PlotMyTrade for the use of our website, app, connectors and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

• You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding agreement.
• Give accurate details, confirm your email address and keep your password safe. We recommend turning on multi-factor authentication.
• You are responsible for activity under your account, including connectors and API keys you add.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

PlotMyTrade lets you import and record trades, keep a journal, view analytics and reports, follow an economic calendar and news, use optional AI analysis with your own key, and, on plans that include it, send orders to your own MetaTrader 5 terminal. Features and limits depend on your plan, as shown on the Pricing page.

Analytics, reports, AI answers and calendar information are tools to help you review your own trading. They are not financial, investment or tax advice, and past results do not predict future ones.

AI answers are generated by the provider you choose and can be wrong. They are always labelled as AI-generated. You decide what to do with them.

• Manual confirmation is the default. An order is sent only after you confirm it, and you are responsible for orders you confirm.
• A TradingView alert is a request, not a trade. A trade exists only once your trading platform confirms the fill.
• Rule checks help you keep to your own limits but do not guarantee them. Prices can move between confirmation and fill.
• Placing trades automatically from alerts is available only after your explicit opt-in and within the limits you set.
• We are not your broker. Your broker’s terms govern your account, orders and fills.

MetaTrader 5, cTrader, TradingView, Paystack and AI providers are run by other companies under their own terms. We cannot guarantee their availability or accuracy, and imports or orders may be delayed when they are unavailable. You can disconnect any of them at any time.

No plan includes AI usage. If you add an AI key, you pay the provider directly under its pricing and terms, and you are responsible for the usage it records. You can remove your key at any time.

• Prices are in Ghana cedi and payments are handled by Paystack.
• A card plan renews every month or year until you cancel. Mobile money pays for one month or one year and does not renew.
• A free trial lasts 14 days, needs no payment, ends by itself and is limited to one per person.
• If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your account returns to Free with your data kept.
• We will tell you before a price change applies to your plan.

Please do not:

• try to access another person’s accounts, trades, journals, keys or reports;
• send forged or excessive webhook requests, or get around rate limits;
• probe, disrupt or reverse engineer the service or its connectors;
• use the service for anything unlawful, including market abuse.

Your trades, journal entries and screenshots belong to you. You allow us to store and process them only to provide the service to you. You can export them or delete them at any time from Settings.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users at risk. Where we can, we will warn you first and give you time to export your data.

We work to keep the service accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, missed trades, or losses caused by your broker, your terminal or other connected services.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you before the change takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
